IU's Online Course Questionnaire #
Online Course Questionnaire (OCQ), sometimes called Course Questionnaire or Online Course Evaluation, is available online for course evaluations at all Indiana University campuses except IU Fort Wayne and the IU School of Medicine. Students and instructors can access Course Questionnaire within Canvas.
Most of the items in the questionnaire are standardized, but you may add up to three qualitative and three quantitative customized questions.
During the evaluation period, you can monitor response rates for your classes; after the term is over you can view reports summarizing the evaluation results.

Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning has several helpful tips for increasing responses rates on the OCQ.
Viewing course evaluation results #
You can view your Course Evaluation results using any one of three methods below
- Click the link to the reports in the email notification you receive when your reports are available at the end of each term.
- Visit coursequestionnaire.iu.edu.
- Go to One.IU and search for Online Course Questionnaires. If you see more than one task, select the appropriate one for your campus.
