Benefits and Schedule
ACP provides training in a variety of subjects that take place over the summer. Newly approved ACP instructors can train in the subject area for which they applied and are expected to offer the course through ACP in the academic year directly following the summer training. Training will take place on the IU Bloomington campus unless otherwise noted. There is a cap of two English/Public Speaking course trainings per applicant in a given summer and a total of three different courses over all. In-person trainees will receive mileage and accommodations per IU travel policy. All virtual and in-person trainees will receive the following honorarium*:
- 1 day training - $250
- 2-3 days training - $500
- 4 day training - $750
- 5 day training - $1000
Instructors should submit this form following the training/development event to claim honorarium and/or mileage reimbursement. NOTE – forms must be submitted within 120 days of the event to be processed and within 60 days of the event to be processed without being taxed. For questions regarding form, please contact Brooke Bennett bnb92@iu.edu
